We asked Pesso’s Buyer, Lou, what she looks for when it comes to Pesso’s beautiful handcrafted leather sneakers: 

“From an ergonomic perspective you can’t go wrong with a pair of sneaks, my personal favourite being anything leather lined and leather socked to provide some breathability on a warm day. We recently launched our Pesso Barefoot brand and the feedback from customers has been very interesting. Our end-users are finding they are not needing as much height in the sole if the overall feeling of the footbed is soft and supportive enough. Something to keep an eye on as barefoot technology continues to advance, and the appreciation for the sensory feedback that barefoot shoes bring to the entire body, gains traction worldwide.”

“This week I’m enticing the sceptics to try a pair of Pesso animal print sneakers, on a tennis shoe base these sneakers are light and flexible enough to wear every day. With a plush suede upper and buttery soft leather linings, they’ll add panache to any outfit. The caramel-coloured sole is also a good option for hiding dirt…”
